Absolutely. Our gear is designed and tested for real outdoor conditions including rain, snow, wind, and sun exposure. That said, always follow product-specific guidelines and use common sense for your safety.

Items in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our warehouse. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer expedited shipping options if you need your gear faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We can accommodate shipments to Canada upon request—email us at hello@desogear.com with your shipping address and desired products for a shipping quote. Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees once items enter your country.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original condition with all tags.

Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred but not required)
Ship to the returns address provided in the form using a trackable method. You're responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days minus a 10% restocking fee. Items purchased with free shipping will have original shipping costs deducted as well.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Deso Gear provides a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all products covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic issues that don't affect function
- Lost or stolen items

This bag is awesome. It's a quality build with plenty of space for all my gear. The connection points are super sturdy and the carrying strap feels like it'll last a long long time. Definitely plan to snag another one of these at some point!
I used to haul my off-roading and vehicle maintenance gear around in cardboard boxes in the back of my truck. Not anymore! This thing is sweet! Durable and great looking! It fits WAY MORE than I thought it would! Not even close to being full!
So good I immediately ordered another one! These boxes are awesome! Really tough. I paired one with the nesting table which is a slick setup. It's become a camping essential for me. The gasket keeps dust and moisture out. Exactly what I was looking for for my style of camping. Several ways to securely strap them down and still access contents. I've got no doubt these will withstand the abuse I will put them through for years to come.
