Free Shipping on Orders $99+

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

 

Shipping Timeline

 

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

 

• Contiguous U.S: 3-7 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 7-14 business days (additional fees apply)

 

What We Ship

 

All Deso Gear products ship from our warehouse, including dry bags, rotomolded boxes, coolers, and accessories. Large items like our 150L and 220L boxes may require freight shipping.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We can special order ship to Hawaii and Alaska, just send a message to inquire. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large rotomolded items due to carrier restrictions.

 

 International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
