Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Due to the size and weight of our rotomolded dry boxes and coolers, some orders may ship via freight or oversized carrier. Oversized shipments may require a signature upon delivery and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment is picked up.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@desogear.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.
