Items in stock typically ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our warehouse. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer expedited shipping options if you need your gear faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We can accommodate shipments to Canada upon request—email us at hello@desogear.com with your shipping address and desired products for a shipping quote. Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees once items enter your country.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original condition with all tags.

Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred but not required)
Ship to the returns address provided in the form using a trackable method. You're responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days minus a 10% restocking fee. Items purchased with free shipping will have original shipping costs deducted as well.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Deso Gear provides a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all products covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic issues that don't affect function
- Lost or stolen items
